Shipping policy

  • We offer standard postage (without tracking) within Australia.
    • Registered Postage (with tracking number and signature) or Express Postage (with tracking number and signature) are offered as a Customer Choice with appropriate boxes ticked and additional payment.
  • International Postage costs vary according to weight and number of products ordered.
  • The choice of method may, however, be conditioned by the place of delivery and/or the types of products purchased.
  • If a Standard Postage Item does not reach the customer, they can call us to check date of posting and address to make sure all was sent correctly.  We then work with the customer to assist in locating the item.
